Governing Council Meeting was held at NEI. Membership drive was started by Dr.
SKP Agrawal and Sri Om Prakash
Jaluthriya under able guidance of Sri JC Jha and strong support from Sri Jitendra Mandey, Sri Manoj Meshram
and Sri Lalit Ahuja. It resulted in meeting the membership requirement of
individual and organizational members ,as laid down by HQ.
